Follow our care instructions to ensure your Annie Oak jewellery will retain its beauty for years to come.

Wearing

Keep your jewellery away from extreme heat, direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid contact with hairspray, perfume, creams and cosmetics. Remove your jewellery when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise, particularly when swimming in the sea or a chlorinated swimming pool. Avoid wearing your jewellery when using bleach, cleaning products and other chemicals.

Cleaning

To maintain a brilliant shine and remove any fingerprints,use a soft polishing cloth to gently buff the surface of your jewellery in one direction rather than circular motions. Please note this will not remove any scratches. A Silver cleaner can be used to clean 925 Sterling Silver pieces but not 18ct Rose or Yellow Gold Vermeil. Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean metal as they can cause scratching.

Storing

Keep your treasures safe in your Annie Oak soft cloth pouch and store in a cool, dry place. We recommend that you store each piece individually to avoid tangling and scratching.

Chain Adjustments

Some of our jewellery styles have a ball chain slider. To adjust, take hold of the polished ball and slide the chain up or down to reach the desired length.
