FREE UK DELIVERY OVER £35

We aim to process retail orders within 1 working day. If you order before 12pm we will dispatch the same day. We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £35. Below this amount standard delivery (2-3 working days) are charged at £3.95. Next Day UK delivery is available if purchased before 12pm for £8.50 and we also ship Worldwide, prices vary and will be displayed at checkout.

To ensure the safe delivery of your item all orders are shipped via a tracked and signed service with Royal mail.

Please be aware that we are unable to deliver on UK Public Holidays.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are delighted with your Annie Oak purchase however if within 28 days of delivery you change your mind, we will be happy to offer a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction.

All pieces must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging along with your completed returns note. Kindly note we do not offer an exchange service.

If your item has been worn or protective packaging has been removed then your return will not be accepted. We are also unable to accept unwanted returns on earrings that have been worn due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
