RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are delighted with your Annie Oak purchase however if within 28 days of delivery you change your mind, we will be happy to offer a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction.

All pieces must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging along with your completed returns note. Kindly note we do not offer an exchange service.

If your item has been worn or protective packaging has been removed then your return will not be accepted. We are also unable to accept unwanted returns on earrings that have been worn due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Any orders purchased from 20/11/2020 can be returned up until 10/01/21
